Because I don't believe we get adequate nutrition via diet and the RDA is enough to avoid disease, not enough to actually be healthy, I take supplements

I take a lot of supps. too. In the morning I take my RXs; I take most of the supps with dinner as recommended by my doc, except for the herbal combo which is 3 times a day.
Calcium Citrate, Vitamin D, Vitamin C (buffered) each day. Waiting for the liquid B to arrive.
Vitamin A once a week; vitamin E like every other day or so. I don't want to OD on these oil solubles because unlike the D I have not been shown to be deficient in them.
And the herbal blend 3 times a day (which is fucking fabulous. OMG. I feel GREAT now) is called Ginza Plus by Irwin Naturals. I looked up all the ingredients and the company as well to make sure that I was doing something safe and that the company had a good reputation. Don't want capsules full of sawdust and grass clippings after all!
