Calvin has the music going, serving as DJ for the night, now that he's made sure everything was all in order in the reception hall.

Now that the ceremony was over and people started moving around, Laura wisely left the area. She wasn't supposed to be at the wedding and she knew her presence wouldn't be welcomed. She was better off alone anyways.

Jamie's made a little contribution to the party. Sitting on top of the cake, in fact. The tiny bride and groom aren't exactly in typical wedding attire.

Instead, the bride's in a garish green costume, and the groom is at least in black and white, but the head-fins look out of place.

Guido clapped a hand on Jamie's shoulder.

"Nice work, Jamie," he said with a big grin. "But Lorna is going to kiiiiillll you. And because you're you, she's gonna get to do it a lot."

"You know, I had to get that custom-made. But it's worth every penny, to memorialize the greatest tragedy of mutantkind - our fashion sense."

He manages to say it with a straight face, but cracks a grin as soon as he's done.

"Like you're one to talk about fashion, Mister Green and Yellow Bodysuit," Guido pointed out.

He examines the little statues. "Makes me miss that gold and red number."

Hank, meanwhile, was, while ready to offer his congratulations to the happy couple, actually on the lookout for Scott. One of his oldest friends deserved to have all of his around him today.

For someone in Scott's situation, now was not the time for being alone with his thoughts.

Scott had never been the social, and today of all days, he wanted to stay out of the way.

This was Alex's big day, he'll let his baby brother enjoy it.

In the meantime, he took a seat and sipped at some wine while he people watched a bit.

A blithely humored question will still find him, though the man is all the way across the room.

Tell me, Scott - would this be the proper occasion to torture dear 'Uncle Alex' with the thought of the numerably crazy future progeny that will drop from a time-rift, guaranteed now that he's married?

And Dom always says he never makes an effort to bond with his family.

Hank, rather oblivious to the psychic talkings going on, plopped down next to Scott, a drink in his own oversized mitt.

"They make such a good couple, don't they?" he asked, coversationally.

With his groomsman duties finished, Logan settled get down to the serious business of drinking while watching out for trouble. Or a pretty woman who wouldn't mind spending some time with a certified wild boy.

Alex wandered by Logan's table and swiped a shot from his groomsman, saluting him with it before downing it in a single smooth swallow.

His eyes swam and he felt like he'd swallowed fire, but it was a good sort of fire.

Logan chuckled at Alex's glassy-eyed look. "Don't think yer old enough for this stuff." Then he pour Alex another shot. Nobody told him the groom had to be sober for the wedding night.
