Tonaja had managed to get ahold of the times when Lady Luna was most likely to be without adult supervision. She just hadn't expected her to "wander off" so soon in the day.

She just hoped she wouldn't get caught following the little girl around. It would be very hard to explain it without going into Woz's suspicions.

Luna looked back towards where the other kids were running around and playing and where she was, standing off on her own. Oh well. There were places to go, people to... well... annoy, she supposed.

And walls to climb down to various gardens and the like. Nothing too bad. But she thought she saw something following her earlier. This would make sure.

Tonaja tried to concentrate on staying out of Lady Luna's sights, but it was hard with all the worries pressing in. She was worried about Woz; about what would happen if Lady Luna really was spending time with the madman; why no one had bothered to do something about those air ducts that were easily large enough for an adult to crawl through, much less a child.

She did notice Lady Luna looking back and moved discreetly out of sight. Not so fast that it would catch Lady Luna's attention, but hopefully fast enough that she hadn't been spotted.

Luna did see something and smiled thinly to herself. And then she decided to have some fun with this. She turned a corner into a spot that would be very hard to follow but had a nice sized pond. Inhumans knew how to decorate. She liked places like this to read. And no one ever just straight out told her to leave something.

Unless she was in someone's bedroom. Besides, you could get into the vents here from behind a bush. She went there, looking over her shoulder.

"I've never gotten hurt in there! Why are you even following me! That's not your job!" Luna shouted, kicking at Tonaja.

Tonaja diverted the energy of Lady Luna's kick, careful not to simply block it and knock the little girl on her royal behind. "I'm sorry if you find it invasive, but I do not want what happened when Woz and I explored the ventilation system to happen to you."

Luna sulked, "What happened, did you get stuck somewhere while being gross?"

Now there was an image she didn't want.

"If only." Tonaja replied. She was on unsteady ground here, since this was really Woz's story to tell or not tell at his discretion. "The night before our Terrigenesis, we went to see how close we could get to..." she swallowed. "The king's brother. He hurt Woz. And Attilan was nearly destroyed."

Tonaja, Woz, and Kalikya had explained to the king and queen what had happened, after all of panic had died down. She had been sure that they were going to be in terrible trouble. Fortunately, allowances had been made for their youthful stupidity. They had been punished, but not as severely as she had feared. And that had really been where her relationship with Woz had started.

Tonaja flew towards the reflection pool, as that was where Woz most likely was. She felt that she ought to talk to him as soon as possible. Although what she knew was circumstantial evidence at best, he still deserved to know.

Also, they needed to figure out a better way to tail Lady Luna if they were going to keep doing this, because today's attempt had really not gone well.

As expected, Woz was at the reflection pools. And he was not brooding.

Yes, he was brooding. Until discovering Luna clinging to a vent, Dewoz had finally managed to move on from having been under Maximus's control. There were brief moments where it haunted him, but they dissipated.

That was no longer the case.

Which was another reason why Tonaja wanted this whole situation wrapped up as quickly as possible. She landed and pulled her wings in before approaching Woz.

She just wished she had more proof, one way or the other.
