Phil straightened his tie, wearing the best suit he could afford, and stepped into the elevator. There weren't any buttons. "Uh... Reed Richard's office?" The elevator took off a moment later, opening after a few moments into the office Reed was waiting in. Phil swallowed hard and stepped out.
"Mister Richards, hi, I'm Phil Urich. Thank you so much for agreeing to meet with me." He crossed the room shakily to Reed's desk, wishing he'd rehearsed what he wanted to say better.
Phil grinned nervously as he shook his hand. "Of course Mis-- err, Reed. Sorry, but I'm a little starstruck. I mean...you're... well, of course you know who you are. You're asking about me." He cleared his throat and sat down, taking a deep breath before continuing

"I think your project would be very complimentary to Captain America's new training program for young heroes - we have a way to try and persuade them to get their education covered first, and if they can't be dissuaded, then at least they can be trained. Would you require any sort of special equipment?"
