[Even after training a lot, Jesus still FAILED MAJESTICALLY at trying to beat Falkner - Barney was right... that guy was TOUGH - so he decides it's time to get a move on. As much as he enjoys spending time at the Sprout Tower, he needs to explore other areas. He's pretty keen on visiting the Ruins of Alph. Seems like the right place for him ( Read more... )

Maybe it's like how dogs travel in packs n' stuff. Only, y' know, with sheep.
Maybe the one you caught was their leader or somethin', so they decided to follow ya.

Is that so... Maybe I should release it then? I don't want to disturb their group or something like that. [Last thing Jesus' wants is to cause trouble for these little fellas.]

I dunno. I mean, if it's the same kinda thing, maybe they see you as their new leader now or somethin'. Like, uh...whatsitcalled? Pack leader or whatever. You said they ain't angry, right?

No, they aren't...

Well, I certainly don't mind being followed around like that. I'm just worried about disrupting their daily lives or something. [He's pretty sure that's not normal behavior for Mareep.]

Didn't know they walked in groups like that.

Yeah, usually you just find one of a kind. Though the flock kinda makes sense 'cause it's a sheep.

Well, it does make sense.

I just don't want to be the one to disrupt their normal lives or something like that.

[Crow waggles his finger in front of the screen with a smile.]

See, that's why you should never underestimate bird Pokémon! Falkner's tough, you can't beat him just like that.

[... But then his smile kind of fades at the sight of ALL THE SHEEP.]

... That's, uh, pretty damn weird. Never seen something like that happen before.

It's pretty strange alright...

This never happened before. And I don't remember anyone saying this happened to them over the 'Gear. [Jesus glances back at the flock following him.]

Not sure how to make them 'go' though. They seem determined to follow me.

Beat 'em up?

[Violence is the answer to everything.]

I-I don't think this is the best idea...

[Crow... No. Just no.]

Besides... They aren't angry at me or anything. They just seem... a little bit transfixed.

I don't remember ever seeing something like this...

Maybe you should just stop a while and chat with them? You may not be able to understand their language, but maybe you can get a clue or two on what they want.

Hmm... I guess it could work. Since they don't seem angry, trying to talk to them sounds like a plan!

And I guess I'm starting to get used to talking to these creatures. I mean, I talk to my party a lot. [The biggest reason why him and his Porygon have a somewhat strong bond already.]

I also talk quite a bit with my pokémon, I suppose it's only normal, considering how much time we spend working together.

True that.

I mean, this network is really nice and all, but you can't talk to people all the time, right? [He gives her a smile.]

[He is forever unimpressed by all of the people here, alas.]

If they are not listening, it is clear you must be more forceful than that.

[Is everyone here a pansy...]

Ah, but I don't... really want to go that way. They aren't really doing anything aside from following me around.

[Jesus is forever a softie, no matter what.]

Did you not just say you wanted to stop them from doing so?
