I love watching episodic tv on dvd--especially BBC productions. The extras that are usually included are a nice little bonus. Netflix has a ton of tv shows available--I usually have three going at a time...yes, I need a life.

I tried Netflix a couple of years ago and found I was watching too much TV! ;) But perhaps the reduced quantity version (which they did not offer at the time) would make sense! :)

I think you would like it, the writing is excellent and it unfolds almost the way a good novel would! :)

my dearest boyfriend ordered showtime this fall, for me!

i was really only excited about weeds --- i was caught up through season two, and was anxiously awaiting season 3. i was curious about californication as well.. which turned out to be a dissapointment, slightly better written skinamax really.

however, a little while back a friend i trust recommended dexter, and on demand had the entire first season! i'm caught up through season two, and anticipating the next episode. i seriously wait for sunday night!

anyways, dexter is great, glad you discovered it!
