Hyperion Kitchen - Tuesday Morning [Honesty Day]

Feb 03, 2009 10:09

Veronica stumbled into the kitchen and set up the coffee pot.

She hadn't slept well, thanks to some nightmares, and was desperate for some caffeine.

[Open for anyone in the Hyperion or who wants to visit/call. Veronica will be telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. She kind of hates me right now.]

Given what Eve was going through, she needed a friendly voice. which was why she was calling Phoebe.

"C'mon, Phoebes, pick up," she muttered under her breath.

Phoebe grabbed the phone and answered.

"House of Erotica -- HYPERION! I mean thank you for calling the Hyperion how can we service -- HELP you?"

She should stay away from the phone perhaps.

What Phoebe meant to say was: "Yes, us, too. Fandom weirdness?"

What Phoebe said was: "How do you feel about foursomes?"

This was followed by the sound of whimpers and a head hitting a desk.

After the morning he'd already had just between his quarters and the SPD Cafeteria, Xander felt the need to call somebody and verify whether what the hell was going on was what he thought the hell was going on. Or something.

So he went for the place with the biggest concentration of FH grads he could think of, and just prayed to anybody up there listening that Angel didn't answer the phone.

Anders, unfortunately, did.

"Hyperion Hotel, who do you want to further embarrass today?"

"Thank God it's you and not Angel or I'd end up telling him I don't always hate a hundred percent of his guts a hundred percent of the time," Xander said immediately. Yes, for him, this was something of an admission, even if he'd admitted it before.
