The thing about last night's Lost is that it was SO DUMB. And SO POINTLESS. The last episode was pretty dumb, too.

I'm listening to the new Sookie Stackhouse book (Dead in the Family) on audiobook. Delicious, delicious trash. It's kinda funny, though, when you've read so much fanfiction that you can't remember what's canon anymore

It totally was dumb, I agree. The pacing was just so weird, and I knew as soon as they got on the MFing sub that a bunch of characters were going to eat it. I just knew it. I wanted to be sad about Sayid, and Jin/Sun, I really did, because they were a few of my favorite characters, but their deaths were just so ... abrupt. And I don't mean abrupt like Wash in Serenity, I mean, like, "And here's your coda, and ... shot of their hands unclasping and ... that's a wrap for the Kwons. Great job everybody."

I've a copy of Dead in the family as well and really no desire to read it. Sigh.
