Just found out Jack Horkheimer of Stargazer passed away on August 20th. Will be missed.

When I’m out in public I run into the stupid people - people who do stupid things. I want to live where there are smart people. I may have to move to an island somewhere and recruit them.

Sometimes I wonder what it would be like working at a job where room and board are part of the deal - an offshore oil platform, a container ship, a cruise ship, a train porter, a Mississippi barge, etc…

At least no shoes were thrown.

The Iraqi shoe-thrower gets 3 years in prison? The guy should get a medal, yes the Nobel Peace prize.
