Baseball! Hee!
Sea Dogs win! And, not only did the Red Sox also win, not only are the Yankees on a 7-game losing streak and in last place, but Joe Torre pulled Mariano Rivera after 21 pitches for, of all people, Mike "didn't we get rid of him?" Myers! -

- 4 consecutive home runs, for the first time in the AL since before I was born
- First sweep of the Yankees at Fenway since hyper_r_us was 4 months old
- Papelbon was here in Portland 3 years ago and now he's making Derek Jeter look foolish!

Still no baseball...
They've cancelled again. With highs today only around 40 they might not be able to get anything in before Monday, and that's not even considering that opening tomorrow means having Opening Day on Easter Sunday. I'm glad we have the season tickets, though, because they say that tickets for Opening Day are good for whatever day they actually play ( Read more... )
