For 3 days I have been fighting the urge for ice cream... Finally indulged, and it was loverly.
My compromise was walking there.  Which for an American is a huge deal. 

I am cold without my fur coat!

Gil and I are doing a mini-fast for 4 days starting this morning.
I just feel like I need to book-end school, shake out all the crappy food and starbucks.
This definitely rules out going to Folsom--

A Saturday with no clinical?  What to do?  What to do? :)  Gil will need to sleep all day, after working the last 12 hours.  So it's me-time.
