That's. Weird. Again.

And while it looks alike, it doesn't all smell the same. Or look exactly the same. It's looks like a holocaust version of itself. Jo's careful not to touch any of it, and to walk very quietly.

There's movement on the other side of the symbol- a man holding a shotgun stands.

"Hey!"

The revolvers up straight and direct on his face.

Jo's walking forward slowly.

"Yeah?"

"Whoa, hold on! Don't shoot!" His hands are up already.

"Are you from here? Can you tell me what just happened?"

NamelessGuy clutches his nose as he heads out into the courtyard. It smells bad, particularly with his sense of smell.

"This is a new level of disturbing." He remarks.

Maria now drew her arms around herself. Everything about this place was screaming turn back and run away to her senses.

"I really want a proton pack right now..." Her eyes darted around, and took in the symbol.

"And ok, we definitely *don't* want to walk on that thing." Uncle Egon or Uncle Ray especially would probably know what it is. After all, the latter used to have that bookstore of his.

Raindrops sizzle on the burnt concrete. And something moves in the darkness. A grey child strides forward, knife ready.

... different schoolyard. Okay. Well, that's not weird or anything.

Steph rolls her sleeves up, ties her hair back, and advances into the courtyard. This whole place is bizarre and kind of terrifying, but she's just gonna go with it -- at least for now. There has to be a way out somewhere.

Or someone who needs saving, or helping. The old lady seemed clear on that.

"Hello?" she calls, not too loud. "Anyone else around?"

You remember that horrible scream/laugh/groan that the faceless kids made?

Yeah, that comes out of the darkness.

Well, isn't that fun?

Steph swallows nervously.

"Okay, anyone else?"

Hmm, nope, just a few "children," ambling forward with knives and determination.
