I'm not on a diet, it's a 2-week sugar control program. I'm trying to reset my body's sugar control mechanism and a large part of it is going as cold turkey as I can from anything with sugar in it or that can be converted to it.

I don't mind using it, since I really don't like mayo, but its definitely not a mayo substitute.

This is the first time I'd ever tried straight plain Greek yogurt. I've had the fruit on the bottom ones before, the little cups, and that helps me get it down but yogurt in general is hit or miss for me. ESPECIALLY IF THERE ARE CHUNKS OF FRUIT. I can't do the chunks.

I thought the plain was legit so dry. With some spices or flavours or made into a dip it would probably be different, but I don't know if I want to take a stab at that on my own. :(
