I had read the fourth and final issue of the mini-series of Iron Man The Rapture and it was awesome.

The following have MAJOR SPOILERS for the 4th issue.  Do not read this if you haven't read the last issue.  Unless you like being spoiled.

I would really like to read some Iron Man comics, but I've never tried to read one. Where do you think I should start? I don't know if I want to go crazy and read every single one, but if you were to recommend one story arc or series, which one should I start at?

Hmmm... I would recommend 'Demon in the Bottle' storyline. You can post this question in your own journal. There are other Iron Man fans who are more... comic enthusiastic than me.

Okay, thanks for the rec, and I will definitely post the question on my own journal. I'm wondering if I will like the comicsverse as much as the movieverse, though. Which do you like better?

I prefer movieverse since it's simpler. The comicverse is too complicated and it can be depressing since there is no real ending.
