Today was my first hosting of a tea party. Since I had never hosted one before I wanted to have help hosting. And graciously both rachelsibio and lschicky accepted as co-hosts. I wanna put a SHOUT-OUT to both of this wonderful gals for helping me out IMMENSELY with the preparation of the tea sandwiches and everything else. Thanks muchly! your welcome for the help. I had a good time. I will have to talk to my sister to see what her schedule is like this week, we can do the scones and I can teach you how to do the Mochas.

I think I'm going to have to try those scones. They would go great with my morning coffee... and my starting work coffee..... and my noon coffee...... and my evening coffee.......

They turned out great for me....just watch them and make sure they don't get too brown. I think about 15-16 min is a good baking time.
