I can't believe I've lost 7 lbs in one week. I guess getting off my fat ass and doing the couch to 5K thing really works. I've also kept doing my gazelle thing. I lost 3.5 pounds last week. I went yesterday to the scale at Publix expecting another 1 lb loss and I was so happy to see 276. So long 280's forever, I hope. I have lost 7 pounds since September 23rd when I started my diet. Although I still free like I've been doing this forever, it's been only 3 weeks. Yesterday I got really sick. I was faint, dizzy, my vision was blurry, nauseous and I had the mother of all headaches. I could feel the veins in my temples trob. Very, unpleasant. I know I promised to journal everyday but I was swamped at work and then got really sick on my way to pick up Mary (my daughter). Yesterday I tried for the first time in about a year to walk around my parents neighborhood. It was pleasant outside for once. So, I put Mary in the stroller and went for a walk. Well, I did it I weighed myself on the official Publix scale and I lost 1 lb last week. Now I weigh 279.5 lbs. I started at 283 lbs. I'm still a little bummed I wants to lose at least 2 lbs a week not one, but I guess 1 is still better than nothing. I'm finally drinking water but not enough to satisfy some people. I heard that you need to drink 1 oz for every 2 pounds you weigh. That's crazy! I'd spend the day in the bathroom!
