I'm pretty sure that if I'm forced to look at another Anova chart for another goddamn factorial design, I will goddamn kill something. Or somebody. For instance, my professor (who I've long since nicknamed El Diablo Statistico) for making me do it so quickly

I would not set out to marry anyone if I was not confident in our union being strong and our love being true! I know I am young even for royalty wed... but my father and brother was married at merely 15 and I will likely wed near that same age as well. And in the meantime, what harm could be done by arranging my destiny to be parallel to that of a lovely, innocent, virtuous and clever young girl who would otherwise be mired in poverty all her life?
If I were to marry Penelo, I would not save merely her kingdom but also her life as well.
I... will think more of easing down the demonstrations of physical affection, however. I, erm... might have been more enthusiastic than was truly proper with Penelo but after all... she has had some degree (though I care not to know how strong it was) of... affection given to her before, by that Reks. ::sigh:: It has been very difficult for me to think of how strongly ( ... )

And even if she would have never had your own rich lifestyle being poor does not mean she would be unhappy, she has her friends down there she has grown up poor and has survived lots and lots, she also has her own wishes and desires I am sure when she is in Archades she may apreciate all the new things that she sees but Penelo is independent, and you should remember this Larsa. *smiles at you*
Well yeah... you wouldn't want to know much of Reks would you? but it is apparent that he still lingers in Penelos thoughts and events have made her how she is today. I hope you are right eventually Larsa I do. But you may get much teasing from the others I think. Especially Balthier.

Penelo and I are already bonding together, thank you kindly. If we weren't-- if she truly and sincerely didn't care for me in some way-- I know she wouldn't have even assented to marrying me, let alone proposing to me. Though I appreciate your kindness, you need not worry for us. We shall do splendidly.
And again, I know full well that Penelo has friends in Rabanastre--- Vaan, Migelo, Filo, Kytes... the role calls of tragic war orphan goes on here. But once she comes to Archades, I am sure she will... learn to accept the new realities of her life. Just as she will learn to love me all the more. I've no doubt she will yearn for her old life occasionally but I am all too sure that she will acclimate very well in colder climes.
I care not for Balthier's teasing-- or even his threats, such as they may impotently be. And though Reks may linger on in Penelo's thoughts, he is dead and gone and I am in her life now. I shan't let the stains of the past contaminate future treaties!

Did you seriously enjoyed seducing poor Kytes?

::sigh:: My dear Penelo, witty though she may be, exaggerates all too often where my exploits are concerned. I did not seduce anyone, let alone my 'rampaging chocobo of chance.' I may have... encouraged a few token declarations of love from this Kytes, yes, in order to inveigle information from him. But I did naught more than bat my eyelashes at him to earn that. There was no full on seduction-- not that I would know how to properly do that anyway, as we've seen from my lack of success with my own affianced one-- involved!

(Out of question, I have to confess, and I hope you don't hate me for that, that I thought Lamont, as when he was called that, was a girl, instead of Lord Larsa, shame on me too)
