i'm the only one in my family who gets my father's jokes, as well. and my parents, also, have been married for almost 30 years. jaci, you're a very lucky girl to have such a fantastic relationship with your father. you should somehow let him read what you wrote today. as much as i'm sure he knows you love him, it can never hurt to tell him again--i know he'll appreciate it.
