Nothing has changed. Knee still hurts a lot. Nate still has the chicken pox (diagnosed by dr, now) and gets to stay home for at least 4 days. Oh dear. I obviously missed a post or two of yours. I'm so hit and miss about LJ. Sorry you had to miss the event, and more sorry that you're in pain. Yuck.

FOr what it's worth, I think a ceremony at KASF, while possibly redundant, would be a good thing, not necessarily just for you and Herveus, but for your friends, to celebrate and acknowledge your new status and welcome you into the community of Laurels/Apprentices.

If you don't want a public ceremony, we don't have to have one. Let me be quite clear about that.

On the other hand, there is the Concord of Apprenticeship being presented for public consumption in it full glory. (yes, that's a teaser for y'all)

We have some time to think about it.

Oh, and there were three quarts of secanjabin syrup, too. But they were in the kitchen out of sight from the living room...

No, it's fine. I'm just not good at having a fuss made over me.

And yes, I did forget about the sekanjabin. I have barely been in the kitchen in a week.

Just let me know if you plan to have a public ceremony and I will still do your hospitality table for you. Just let me know the plans! :)

Welcome to the big Herveus & Megan protege family! Some of us haven't had a chance to meet you, but we're looking forward to it!
