Gym
Today is the first day I've been to the gym since Wednesday. I wasn't going to go today because I was feeling all tired and icky at around 4 pm, when I usually go. I came back to my room and laid down until dinner. Then after dinner I was feeling a lot better and more energized and I decided to go to the gym ( Read more... ) -
Running
Today was the best day I've ever had for running so far. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill for a total of 4.1 miles (ran 3.4 of those miles!). I started out with a five minute warm up at 4.3 mph at a 5 incline, then ten minutes at 6 mph at a 1 incline, then a total of 12 minutes at 6 mph at a .5 incline (20 minutes straight 6 mph, then two minutes ( Read more... ) -

I'm gonna turn this thing around
I am so beat from my work out today. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill as usual. I did five minutes at 4.2 mph at a 5 incline for a warm up, 35 minutes at 5.4 mph at a .5 incline, two minutes at 4.5 mph at no incline, and three minutes at 3.9 mph at no incline (five minutes cool down).
