Investigating how I can go to Korea. And not flip out. At least 2 people I know of have done something similar - one to Japan and one to Austraila. So it's possible with doctors assistance.
G'ma's travel agent is trying to find the cheapest time of year to travel for us.
G is talking of going to the bookstore and getting a book on Korea. -
Family

Work
Found a problem at work - I can't do my continuing ed on some of the cumputers at work - they don't have internet access. -
School stuff
Started doing some continuing education stuff for med lab - got my first certificate of completion. Going to try and do a couple hours a week.
Maybe I'll get more brownie points at work for doing this stuff. -
Work
Hate days where I know I have nothing to do even before I get into work. Have students to train and nothing for them to do. And 6 or 7 hours to do the nothing in. Guess I'll have to rewrite operating instructions today - will keep me busy for a time.
Wonder what my friend is doing...

4th of July
Picnic at friends house last night-had 56 folks there. I found that if I follow DH around I have people to talk to. I'm still not very social, but it was OK. Told a lot of people we're changing churches - so I can go to church on W nights - I feel funny saying this given that I may be able to go to 9 hour days m-th and 4 hr sun afternoon, ( Read more... ) -
New Beginnings
