Marc again

Now a few people have asked me WHO is Dan Dingo, and is he a new fur/character.

He is a new character. Dan is used by the Greenbank Fire Brigade as their mascot/fundraiser. As Dave (Marc's owner) is a member there he has adamped one of the uniforms so that Marcwolf can wear it.
