What the heck is with this weather?
The thunder-hail-pouring-rain-mini-apocolypse that we are having is freaky!!! It took Cara forever to fall asleep for her morning nap and Duncan is freaking out as he hates thunder. What happened to the sunny and 73 forcast I saw yesterday morning? -

After 15 hours of labor, Carolyn Marie was born yesterday at 9:13pm. She weighed in at 8 lbs 12 oz and was 21.25 inches long. More to come shortly!

Cameron Diaz is going to play the mom in the film adaptation of My Sister's Keeper?
I know several of us loved that book when we read it for book club and I'm glad they're making the film, but I really can't see Cameron in that role. What odd casting. It will be interesting to see who they cast in the rest of the roles. Dakota Fanning as the Anna? ( Read more... ) -

Is it June yet?
I came home to an Ann Taylor Loft package on the front porch. Though I didn't end up buying most of the things from my fantasy shopping spree, I did finally get the tankini.
