Yes, I know. I'm such a whiner. I have to share this with anyone, I guess. Everyone in the lab has several responsibilities. Preparing a number of common solutions, sterilize glassware, making sure there are enough culture media, etc. Mine is to prepare all the antibiotics and other additives for culture media, such as Kanamycin, Carbenicillin, ( Read more... )
