Nice weather - we got a few inches over here yesterday but most of it has cleared now.

You might want to try increasing your exposure by a stop or so when taking pictures of the snow - all the reflected light has a tendency to fool cameras into under exposing. The middle photo looks perfect, but 1 & 3 could maybe be a touch brighter.

Ah, yeah, thanks. I was just point'n'shooting this morning because it was so cold (these were taken with my Ixus, not my EOS). If the weather holds for the weekend I might find where I put my gloves and do some more serious stuff with the EOS.

10 minutes from my door to work's door, if I take the shortest path. In the summer I think I may take a longer route that takes me through a nature reserve rather than through Morrisons' carpark :) (But it is nice to have a short walk through a small wooded area on the way.)
