OMG YES PLZ. When fugly!Martha happened I was like "NOES NOT AGAIN ! ARE THEY KIDDING ME ???" Why did they have to do this to the two hottest characters in the verse, I DO NOT KNOW.
But I loved when she scared Ianto at the end, though XD

OWEN IS HARDCORE *is putting this in each of her comments tonight*

Well, in the case of Doctor Who, I think it is clear that they knew that having Tennant and Simm on screen together, at the same time, for almost an entire episode, would undoubtedly cause televisions to spontaneously explode with hotness across the entire country. But with Martha there is just no excuse. :D

However, my immediate reaction to fugly!Martha was "LASER SCREWDRIVER TIME!" because you just KNOW that the Doctor cries himself to sleep every night stroking it kept the laser screwdriver after LotTL, so all they needed to do was call the Doctor, admit that they'd just let Death incarnate loose to terrorise the Earth, and beg him to come return Martha to her original hotness. Problem solved! :)

I don't like watching LotTL very much. Why not? Because the Doctor is all hidden behind make-up. Yes, I'm shallow like that. Actually it's not that much of a problem, but still, it is a crime against nature. Yes it is. You can't just put Simm and Tennant together and then do something like that! It's evil!
Still, even old!Doctor had those big, brown eyes, meaning I still wanted to adopt him. Can't help it. And mega-old!Doctor looked like a kitten.

As for Owen: it's cool how being dead upgrades a character, isn't it?

And yet Simm and Tennant still managed to cram a considerable amount of slashy subtext into their short (non-CGI'ed) time on screen together. :)

Dying has definitely done quite a lot to improve Owen's personality, in my opinion. :)
