He was concerned, he was still not sure how he felt about doing something this irreversable. It wasn't his decision, though. It was Elijah's, and he trusted Elijah to know what Elijah needed to do. So, not 'are you sure', just 'are you ready'.

Elijah should, and likely did know that from his last hop to the distant future. This was a bit further out, but shouldn't be hugely worse. Still worth, Jack figured, a reminder.
He ran through a mental checklist while he did it, making sure he had coordinates preset to get them back, after the hop up to watch the world burn, that retcon was there, that he had covered his bases in what he needed to forget.

What Jack forgot was sort of at the back of his mind. If it truly worked, it wouldn't matter who remembered what because the thing would be gone.
Remembering the last trip, he made a little bit of a face, not necessarily looking forward to the world shifting so much again, but it was worth it. "I'm ready when you are..."
