Here are some issues I would like you to address. In no particular order:

I really hope that number five does not mean that you purchased tickets on craigslist to see Rob Thomas and did not know they were fake until you got there. Cuz that's heartbreaking, dude.

The lack of salted caramel signature hot chocolate is appalling this holiday season, yes, but you could ask for a toffee nut sig. hot choc. with caramel on top and carry around your own little guy of kosher salt in your purse. Not that I'm saying I do that or anything.

Also, we totes still have peppermint hot chocolate. We have peppermint year round! It's just not being touted as one of the "holiday" drinks this year. :)

Yeah I know that re: peppermint hot chocolate but why not advertise something so wonderful? I'm confounded.

Thanks very much for this. If he doesn't take care of these issues soon, I think we will need to show up at a town hall meeting. (Town hall meeting? Is that right? I doubt it. Wherever we can go to talk to the Congressman live and be heard.)
