* willow wraps you in a big ole cyber hug* then why don't you do just that hon. Go and soak up some rays and try to clear your thoughts, even for just a bit. I may well do just the same shortly. Even though it's buggerly cold out, the fresh air will help clear my own head. Seems we are in a similar mood :)

Well, in sleep time you and he are the same.. in a spirit state.. I bet you spend more time with him but on waking a lot of it is forgotten, sadly. But, it's also a healthy thing cause imagine if we rememebered it all, we wouldn't want to come back to this body! lol

This month has a strange energy to it I feel, hectic and introspective all at once, and for me too the theme of death keeps coming up. In my dreams and just in my fears.

I have a friend who will be 71 this year and I notice that she speaks of death a lot more than she used to. Could it be that as we get older and our mortality is staring us in the face, we consider it more..

And oh dear.. yes there is something in the air
