I feel guilty, selfish, awkward... for varying reasons. My predisposition to guilt makes it the most prevalent of these. (Damn, I would've been the ideal form of Catholic if I could see some sense in religion.)
Guilt, although often overpowering, is USELESS... Guilt occurs when we feel we don't operate within someone else's parameters. I personally say 'fuck everyone else', but that's me. Especially when you're looking at behaviour... Let's remember: You can make some people happy some of the time, but you cannot make all people happy all the time.
Deep breath, and YES... Get out, do stuff, even silly stuff. It makes it better.
