[ Though Weiss hasn't been shy about making his presence known before this point, he is conspicuously absent from the public eye. While night falls over the city, he is to be found in the Old Town Library, in his favorite haunt by one of the large windows in one of the Library's rooms. Here, he stands in plain view of it, looking out, alternating his gaze from the sky to the city below, or what's left of it.
He seems to be waiting for something, but as for what that might be, who knows? ]

Once inside, as long as she doesn't encounter the troops that are lingering in the Library proper, the way to Weiss will be easy. Perhaps it's overconfidence, or maybe just apathy, but the room itself is unguarded, the door slightly ajar. ]

[ As described in the main post, there is a quiet tension pervading Old Town. The sector has taken heavy damage, supplies are low, some of you might be injured. How are you holding out, and what do you think will happen next? The Serpent is still present, looming around each corner, but unless engaged they don't seem particularly hostile. Perhaps it'd be safe to poke your head out, or maybe you're more interested in trying to get the jump on them. ]
