[The face of a man who has seen a brutal battle comes into view, his skin bruised, burnt, bloodied, and what little of his armour can be seen shows how damaged it all is. Dog tags hang around his neck, also tainted with his blood, and he looks somewhat dazed, although clearly in a lot of pain. His breathing is very shallow, short rasps and he looks

I'm not sure if medi-gel will quite cut it right-ahh... right now, but I'm at the... [Train station?] ...station. Avasta Station.

Hope for the best and try not to bleed on anything valuable? It's alright, I got it, I'll be fine until you get here. [And he at least has a small gun on him.]

[....though it's mostly of the "short circuit everything and bleed them while they twitch" sort of knowledge. And he does sound Republic. Just say no Shep. 8(] If there's a hospital anywhere nearby, though, I haven't seen one, and I wouldn't trust them if I had.

[He's really not looking for any further bleeding right now, thanks, but maybe next time! 8D] Why wouldn't you trust it? How bad is it here? ...Where is "here"?

[But she cocks her head under her hood, brow furrowing slightly.] Integrated how? Do you have something other than the usual implants?

[He lets out a faint, breathy, pained laugh at the question, nodding lightly.] Yes, but it doesn't matter if I can't fix them, I'll be dead soon.

[Tony's interest is piqued at the mention of cybernetics. Oh, and helping a person in need, of course. Most definitely that.]
How complicated are we talking? The cybernetics, I mean.

[He shakes his head, pain shooting through his neck, causing him to almost yelp in agony.] I'm not a scientist, I'm a soldier. All I know is all my synthetic parts are shutting off, or have mostly gone dead already.

[ Kerrigan catches the message on the phone. She's seen plenty of battle wounds, especially from explosions, but it has been some time since she saw wounds as bad as his. Even if he's a complete stranger, he's a soldier in medical need. Kerrigan has taken great care to remain under the public radar and keeping herself illusive, but, she can't leave someone to die in agony. She has heard it in her head. She's heard the agonizing wishes of death from people in his position. Maybe she's just tired of doing nothing. For some reason, whatever it is, she jumps down and heads straight to the location he's at. Her rifle is strapped on her back, visor down on her eyes.
She steps into the Station - one she hasn't since she arrived - and glances through the visor till she finds the signature she's looking for. She then hops off the bannister and quickly moves over to him. ]
Commander Shepard? [ In her hand is the phone. Just in case he's wondering where she got his name from. ]

He does, however, reach for the Arc Pistol he has and curl his good hand around it, pushing himself to his feet.] The one and onl--aaghh! [He leans back against the wall, nodding to her in greeting, his damaged arm tucked against him. He's sure that one isn't going to work well ever again, with how much it had to be reconstructed.]

Don't be so heroic already, Commander. You're in pretty bad shape. [ Really bad shape. ] Lieutenant Kerrigan reporting. Looks like you need a hand.

I'm afraid heroic comes with the territory, miss. [He nods a bit, deciding if she was going to shoot him he'd be dead already, and holstering his gun.] Lieutenant in what faction? [But he could use a hand.] I need to get to a hospital or to a doctor that can repair me.
