Sigh... I hit a wall... My lower back started hurting from the sit-ups and so I stopped them and then we had our family trip to Vegas to prepare for and that means I had the trip to prepare for. I have a 3 1/2 yr old little boy and He loves a few things.

They are Sponge bob, Spiderman and Animals.
