I love that shirt! We have a friend who was over who's a HUGE Giants fan, so it was fun to watch him watch them, lol.

I know this is horrible for someone who works in news to say... but I'm really not all that into the US political picture. I do realise that it affects me, certainly. We had someone call the newsroom and whine that we were showing too much about politics that don't affect us here. Really? You think who the leader of the free world is has no affect on Canadians? Um, yeah....

Enjoy your day off!

Thank You. I don't work on mondays because our office is open Tuesday-Saturday. I really look forward to having a regular work week like the rest of humanity.

The election is the biggest news event of this year. I can't understand why people don't think it doesn't have and effect on them. Everything else this year pales in comparison.

For the primary in Illinois, you have to choose a party. So you can only vote straight Dem or Repub ticket... Therefore, I'll be voting Democrat. But when the "big election" comes up, you don't have to choose a party, you just get to vote for one candidate in each category.

I maybe a cynic but I've been around long enough not to buy what any big time politician is selling.

I don't trust anyone whose job it is is to be elected.
