Got the results of my double-contrast upper GI examination today.   It turns out that I have a small Hiatal hernia, which is causing spontaneous gastroesophageal reflux into my distal esophagus.   Basically the upper part of my stomach protrudes into my diaphragm and causes acid and other things to back up into my esophagus.   Turns out that it is ( Read more... )

That most definitely is better than The Big C. Good to hear it's not caused any damage and that it doesn't require surgery.

Good! glad you dog that taken care of!

Now try living with a Tracheal or Bronchial hernia. You choke on your own spit.

I been living with that for a while now. Its also inherited.
