Staying Put & Sherlock Letters

Feb 18, 2021 21:20

Until yesterday, we'd spent most of 2021 entertaining the idea of moving to the San Francisco area. A Silicon Valley company contacted Mr. Malice about a job in early January, and we'd been debating back and forth this whole time. Aside from leaving our family, the prospective nightmare of trying to find somewhere to live with a Dogo Argentino and ( Read more... )

Damn it! I'd love it if you moved to SF :(

Still, you def need a place for you and the doggos and the kitties.

Well we need more clues! My first impression of the letter is that 1) William Fallon is an incurable busy body. 2) Mr Beddoes is trying to hard and 3) Number 2, while annoying is not a crime.

I liked Grimm, the first few episodes, I lost it when we got to the cannibals, but I love the one about the... pied piper.

Also I still want the reciepe for the chicken and photos. The brownies sound wonderful and I'm glad you're doing your good things list again. I missed it.

I haven't forgotten about the chicken recipe. This was Edward's birthday week, so he got to choose the menu for the week. It was not what I had planned.

Also, thank you for mentioning the Five Positive Things lists. I was afraid they're boring.

Also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Also, I very much liked Grimm but I got behind and never caught up and ended up giving up, but I really liked it.

Thank you, but it was actually Mr. Malice's birthday. I chose to use it on my profile to help obscure my identity but yet still use a birthdate I'd remember if I ever got locked out of my account. I appreciate you mentioning it, though! Thanks! 💜

I'm liking-but-not-loving Grimm so far. I completely missed it when it initially aired.

Hello dear! Sorry again for "dropping out" on all things internet and Sherlock letters last week. Also, due to the week we were drowning in snow I still receive very old mail very randomly. I think I got all letters by now, but I don't know which one is the one with the reveal, so I haven't opened the second letter yet.

It sucks to spend a lot of time thinking and planning such a big move and then have it all fall through anyway, therefore I am glad to hear that you feel it was a "relief" in the end. I can only imgine what kind of nightmare such a big move would have been. So I guess I am happy with you staying put if you are happy, if that makes sense.

Yay for five happy things! I really need to pick them up again, too!

Don't apologize for being preoccupied with other things! I always know you'll be here when you can. ❤

You're safe to open letter #2.

So I guess I am happy with you staying put if you are happy, if that makes sense.
That makes absolute sense. :)
