Hey babe, this is Jess, I saw your LJ link on Facebook and decided to take a look today knowing you're a writer and all.
I'm sorry I didn't know the shit you were going through and I can't tell you it will be ok because I've never been there.
BUT I had a friend who had to have cancerous type cells scraped from her for biopsy and things turned out alright, though I don't know what stage of things you're in.
I also had a friend contract HPV and a year later all results were negative and it went away on its own (which is common).
I'm really sorry about the procedures and the pain though, *hugs*
