First day actually meeting someone… How exiting!

As usual, he’d gotten pats his initial discomfort and anger about being sent to a nuthouse and he was now pretty exited about actually talking with someone other than the nurses that followed you around. He hadn’t even shared a word with his roommates, yet, though that was because he had been sleeping rather deeply as of the past few days, for some reason he felt exhausted most if the time. He didn’t even register when they got in or out of the room.

A few moments after the silver haired teen had gotten inside the room, the long-haired brunette got inside as well, looking around for the awake people, and realizing he hadn’t asked the other guy what he looked like, so he had no idea of who it might be.

At the sound of a door opening, he looked up from where he had been staring at his feet and fidgeting with the long sleeve of his skin tight black shirt, his electric green eyes blinking slowly. Kadaj eyed the brunet curiously, wondering if that was who he had been waiting for or not.

He lifted his good arm, pressing his fingers over his lips while his gaze stayed on the male, the cat slit pupils dilated in slight fear. Personally, he hoped that this guy wasn't one of those people that just snapped randomly and beat the hell out of you. He didn't want to get into trouble again because he had to beat someone else up.

Well, he won't know who you are if you don't say something. Clearing his throat, his hand dropped into his lap, his feet kicking a bit before he finally spoke. ``Uh, Hao?`` He wasn't sure what else he was suppose to say except for the name. . .

At the sound, the brunette's head snapped in the pale haired boy's direction, looking at him up and down curiously, before smiling and slowly walking closer.

"Hi. You are the person I've been talking with?"

He almost sighed with relief. If he had been wrong and called someone that, he would have been so embarrassed! Luckily, the other male seemed like the one he had been talking to, just by the way he had come in.

A grin crossed his face, his free hand lifting again so he could wave towards the brunet, his head tilting ever so slightly which sent silver hair into his face. ``Yes, I'm the one you've been talking to.`` He moved to stand up, taking a step closer to the other also and setting his good arm against his side.

Feeling himself flush, the green eyed male laughed softly and shrugged his shoulders, leaning back a bit more against the back of the couch and placing his good arm over his stomach, letting his eyes stay locked on Hao though. He had a really nice smile.

``I don't know if that's a compliment or not, but I've heard it quite a bit. Apparently, as you said, I don't look my age at all.``

"You look at least two years younger," replied the younger boy, nodding.

Kadaj blinked then turned and stared towards the younger male, his head tilted to the side in a sort of shocked way. Was he being serious? He couldn't really look that young. Could he. . .?

``Are you sure about two? I mean.. wow, that's quite a bit!``

"Maybe it's the way you are dressed?" he offered, trying to appease the other. Sure, the skintight clothes marked defined muscle, but his hips and chest were a tad too lean in a sort of willowy form, almost suggesting frailty.

``She is,`` Kadaj nodded once again, shifting barely against the couch and stretching his good arm, waiting until he heard it pop before dropping it against his thigh, glad that the stiffness had left his shoulder now.

He wasn't sure what else he was suppose to say. He hadn't seen Mother in so long, but he could always remember what she looked like and how wonderful she had been, but would it always be like that? Nothing would change, right?

Of course.

The boy winced at the sound the other's back made.

"Sore?"

A frown crossed his face when he noticed the other boy's wince, his hand coming up so he could brush his hair over his shoulder, his fingers brushing the shorter side ever so slightly. Sadly, it was already starting to grow back out and he'd probably have to go get it cut evenly again. Ah well.

``A little,`` he replied, setting his hand on the sling that held his right arm and sighing lightly. ``Do you know how long it takes for a dislocated arm to get better? I'm sure tired of waiting.``

"I think it depends on how bad it was," he said, shrugging lightly. "And how much you try to move it."
