...sob, to be honest though, I kind of liked the twist with the rings getting broken. XD Everyone spent 150+ chapters fighting with and obsessing over rings and boxes, so I'm all for something new. That and part of me is dying to know what kind of insane crack power-up Amano will grant them all next.
I always look forward to your KHR posts--they're the first thing I go read after a new chapter--and you made me crack up laughing in an empty house multiple times this week. Thanks much! I, uh, needed a laugh, too. Whaaaaaaaaat. Everything is indeed terrible, but I rely on the series' shonen buoyancy to kick everyone back into shape soon enough.
The terrifying thing about KHR, though, is that once in a while, comfortably assuming that everything'll end up hunky-dory, you remember that Amano's pulled a major genre-shift before. 8D;
Tsuna's failtastic first round against Enma seems to logically imply that Enma is more threatening than Byakuran, which is...kind of awesome, and also kind of hard to swallow. I still want to take him home and give him hot chocolate with marshmallows, and maybe some behavior counseling, but.
your burning questions are apt. Why are the Nonos so useless? Why are most messages delivered by shonen heroes best suited to a kindergarten teacher? "Hurting people doesn't solve anything!" What's next, "Sharing

Heh, thanks. ♥ Glad I could provide a laugh or two.

Damn, that's a chilling thought. SHE REALLY COULD DO IT. We'll just have to hope that anyone whose imagination could spawn a character like Longchamp doesn't have it in them to suddenly turn KHR into a Clamp manga.
I suppose that the fact that Tsuna's clearly not as willing to just lose his shit and burn Enma to a crisp is also a factor. With Byakuran, he had nothing holding him back in the end. But Enma is a former friend, so he probably wasn't giving it his all. Combined with the fact that Enma can smash things by staring at them, and it was a tough situation. XD I agree with you about Enma, too, but the behavior counseling is definitely a must.
And LOL. I can't quite decide if the characters in this manga didn't get enough hugs as children, or enough spankings. XD
I TOTALLY LOL'D. and then felt kind of bad about it. except not really.
But wow, they really did run headfirst into the Worf Effect this week, didn't they? I have to believe that Tsuna's just reluctant to fight his failure buddy and that's why he hasn't done anything yet, because otherwise... :\
Haha, yeah, me too. IT WAS PRETTY DAMN FUNNY, OKAY.
Yeah, it was kind of overkill. Especially given that Enma is supposedly only at 14% power. So in a week when they inevitably defeat him (or maybe I shouldn't say "inevitably", since Amano might have YET ANOTHER TWIST up her sleeve somewhere), it's going to make this beatdown all the more ridiculous-looking. Maybe he should have only kicked their asses a little bit. XD
btw, the decimo just got pawned in front of all of their allies in the most humiliating manner possible. Way to make a first impression, Tsuna. his PR team will have a hard time doing damage control xD
but i don't think Xanxus will seize the chance though. If he's anything like his tyl self, he'll choose to eliminate Shimon first. If Vongola is attacked from outside and inside, it'll be destroyed for sure, and XX don't want a weak Vongola. :o
