My apologies, citizen, but I must commandeer some of this breakfast in order to properly protect this city! I'm sure, as a man aligned with justice, that you would be willing to do so?

[She's not doing anything evil, though perhaps she is doing something suspicious. She's floating up in the air, her mirror before her, spying on her charges out and about the city.]

[Arcueid can't fly, but she will set herself upon the highest point possible. She points her staff at Shiki, speaking in a cute, yet authoritative tone.]

Halt! Just what exactly are you up to, short-looking flying person?? Are you spying upon the people of this town?

First, do not accuse someone of something they are not, and do not use descriptors as an insult. I am hardly short. I am also not spying on the people of this town, I am simply looking into the status of my charges.

[There's a small beat.]

[Arcueid twirls her staff, and strikes another pose, sparkles lighting up the night around her.]

[Evil? By most standards, yes. She mutated an entire world for the sake of fairness, lead both sides of a revolution, and tried taking over.

Is she doing anything in particular right now? ... Mostly to drones. Clod is out and about testing the powers she regained. She stretches out an arm towards a male drone (but it really could've been anybody else which works against her) and a blue, spherical grid appears around him.]

Hello there. Could you help me out with a little test?

[Arcueid could really care less about anything done to drones. As such, a heroine of the people is more than happy to help out a citizen!]

Uh, okay, sure! Of course Phantasmoon can help you! What kind of test is it?

[Magical girl shows have existed in Clod's world before the experiments. What an opportunity to go mano a mano against one.]

I haven't checked whether or not the other half of my powers are functioning properly.

[The grid containing the drone levitates into the air and flies in front of Clod acting as what might seem to be a human shield. A part of her "powers" involved using other lifeforms as channeling devices, so there's two uses right there.]

So, for the next one half of an hour, could you pretend that I'm a villain? Or... how is this supposed to work?

Well...I cannot simply pretend one is a villain!

[Though she seems to think about that for a moment. It's not like she's really finding any ACTUAL villains. Even if it's staged, a cool fight would really be awesome right about now.]

But...I suppose if you yelled out some really cool lines about like, enslaving the earth or something then we could probably turn this into a really cool fight! You gotta make it dramatic, though.

[Now Michael being a super hero himself wasn't out and up to anything suspicious, he was just finishing a double shift and was irritable looking in his trench coat and hat. That being said when he saw the girl in the short skirt up on the telephone pole he just groaned]

"Are you sure that's such a good place to stand with such a short skirt?"

[Arcueid looks down at the man, then immediately hops off of the telephone pole to land gracefully in front of him. She waves her wand around in a grand gesture, before finally settling it pointing toward the newcomer.]

You shouldn't be looking there in the first place!

"You can't help it if you call all that attention to yourself with posing and screaming. That's what Fire and Ice never got... If you're going to dress in that little and point and yell, people are going to stare."

Well of course that's how I'm supposed to do it. That's how they do it in the shows, anyway.

A heroine reveals herself with a flashy entrance, some awesome catch-phrases and then vanquishes the monster after a long, drawn-out battle and saving her ultimate attack for last!
