I am sleeping. Not well, and with the aid of some pills, but it is sleep. During the day I feel like I'm sleep walking. I need some REM sleep badly. I've also been waking up drenched in sweat, but I don't know that that is related to my troubles.

I'm going to be unloading some of my DVDs soon, mostly stuff I realize I will never watch again, or maybe even never get around to watching for the first time.
