Very happy with the finale of The Voice. You know when you can't decide who you want to win and suddenly you're sitting there hoping desperately that a particular one wins? Yeah, that was me tonight. And they won, so I was beyond happy!
So very very happy! For very many reasons.

I just finished watching The Voice and I'm utterly stunned. I think Christina is nuts and just threw away her only real chance to win this thing. The one she eliminated is the ONLY one on her team I'd have voted for.
I... can't even - just can't comprehend. And the shock on Adam Levine's face when he heard her choice... Wow. -

I haven't had much trouble on my own journals actually, mostly because I'm very boring and nothing's all fancy. I just went and switched to having custom comments, which I don't really like on long threads, but I rarely have really long threads in my own journals - mostly just in the RP communities ( Read more... ) -
In case anyone is wondering...
I'm part of the Northeast which has been bashed by the Snow-tober storm. I have power and heat, but no internet, cable or phone. I'll be spotty till all that returns. -
Kachina Meeps
So my cat went blind again tonight. You can actually see the blood behind her right eye if the light catches it right. I bumped up her blood pressure meds to what the animal hospital had her on initially and will talk to my vet in the AM. Poor confused little thing. Any good thoughts/prayers would be appreciated. -

Kachina is doing pretty well. Saw my own vet today and was able to hold her as they took her blood pressure. She was very calm in my arms, let the vet shine nasty bright lights in her eyes and everything. Her blood pressure was down to 110/60 (from 250 on Sunday), so the vet was thrilled. It's been a stressful twenty-four hours. I came home last night to my one-month-from-seventeen years old cat happily leaping up onto furniture and half an hour later she just... went blind and started walking into things.
