When faced with canon, AU, I always say.

"Is there at least a Death Eater to slay? A troll to vanquish? A kitten up a tree, perhaps?"

I love Draco's attitude through this. He is so arrogant. The minion recruiting. How everyone seems to suddenly decide that it's not such a bad idea after all. (And how it's working a subtle bit of magic on Draco, too.)

Being convinced that Voldemort is evil because of Harry's hair. *snicker*

This? This is the funniest thing ever. Even better than the Harry impression in the great hall. And I'm not sure if that last bit in the bathroom was psychological torture or just because he could, but I love it when Draco is a brat and Harry can't do anything but gawp like a fish and run away.

Poor Neville gets treated a little better in this fic than in "A Slytherin in Gryffindor Clothing". Of course being Draco's minion helps matters.

I love your Draco. Love love love. He's so mean -- except, push to shove, he really isn't. And Neville as a minion is just priceless.

Now that I'm finally finished with the wip_it_good challenge, I think I'll be posting a couple chapters a week. I need to get my butt in gear and post at FF.net and Schnoogle, too.
