Nicely done. I'm still trying not to twitch at cross-dressing stories, but you have approached this as so much more.

I first read this as, "I don’t think it’s possible for me to dislike him any longer", but that was cleared up in the next sentence. :)

This is a wonderful remix. The original was fantastic, and I think you've done it justice. The slow, creeping air, almost meditative - very well-suited to Remus. Middle aged woman, indeed!

I guess I'll just have to echo everyone else but I really liked this, particularly the way you handled gender issues. It was a lot more... sensitively handled than a lot of crossdressing fics are, and felt more realistic because of it.

And the way their relationship developed was really well done. :D

This was beyond excellent...it is a really satisfying remix as well as a story that stands well in its own right. Then again, I shouldn't be surprised because you're part of that DogDays fic I've been dropping in on once in a while. ;)
