Since she's not at work, it's either early in the morning, or fairly late in the evening, and she's looking at the sunset/sunrise. OR she's outside of her restaurant, in the same position. She's just watching the skyline, if you're bothering her at work,

*If you're outside of your restaurant, then obviously, you're within the walking-distance range of other restaurants and cafes in the area.

And if it's late in the evening/early in the morning, the night-shift sorts are getting off.

So, there's a blue-haired guy leaving from Lily's place, and of course walking past yours. Looking nearly annoyed and tired enough to be claimed so.

*Nina looks down from her skyline watching, at the boy, then at Lily's place.*

"Huh. I don't think I've seen you before."

*... He stops after a moment and looks, realizing he's been addressed. Which is kinda a shock to him-- usually people aren't paying attention at the moment.*

... Hm? What do you mean?

"I thought I knew everyone who worked at Lily's place."

*It's late in the evening and Juudai is returning to Sakana. He sees Nina sat outside and since he needs to thank her for the card and the coupon, he goes over to her*

Hey!

*Nina looks over at Juudai and smiles and waves.*

"Hey kiddo."

I thought I'd come over and thank you for your card and the coupon too!

"Ah, it's not a problem Juudai. It's probably not the best, but I thought you may need something like that."

*It's about evening-ish, the day shift's getting out. Let's say you're at outside your resturant, which is apparently situated close enough to Lily's that you can see a woman leaving there, a bag of clothing slung over her shoulder, and stops to do exactly what you're doing - look at the skyline.

Yeah, it is. I always end up staring at the skyline when I get off work.
