Supernatural investigation? You sound like Mulder.

And yes, everything's free. We don't have currency and everything's provided for us. So, take whatever you need.

I...think so? Though I'm not sure if you're from the same world or not. That's something you'd have to ask him.

I'm Rydia, one of the volunteers at the Welcome Center.

[[OOC: Sorry about the deleted comment. ;; I noticed a typo and deleted without thinking of checking to see if you had already replied.]]

I'll definitely remember to ask!

It's nice to meet you, Miss Rydia. Welcome Center...I don't think I've been there yet.

I can imagine. Hopefully Luceti won't be dull in comparison then. It's nice to meet you too though. Have you settled yourself in yet?

I don't think so. I'm only now just getting to slow down for a little bit.

Mhmm! I just finished moving in to my apartment. It's still a little bare though...

[Well this kid has definitely caught Naoto's attention]

Supernatural investigation...I've never heard of that though it does sound quite interesting. That aside for the time being, yes, everything here in Luceti is free. There is no money here.

[Roji certainly doesn't mind rambling about it. Normally he only explains when someone comes upon the bureau, but it's not here so...]

Basically, we investigate places where our clients suspect a ghost is lingering. We, well, Muhyo, then sentences that ghost accordingly.

[And she'll be very happy to listen to him ramble. Roji seems like an interesting kid to her]

I see. Are these ghosts seen as a threat to others? How are they sentenced?

Definitely a threat. Usually when we get clients, they're being attacked in one way or another. Sentencing is truly an amazing thing. Muhyo has a book of Magic Law, and when sentencing a ghost for a specific crime, he calls upon an envoy from the underworld to take it away. There's tons and tons of envoys for the various crimes!

[He then pauses for a moment.] Heh, sorry for getting to excited. Magic Law isn't widely believed in in my world, so not many people would even listen to a word of this.

What sorts of supernatural things have you investigated so far?

[ You have him curious. ] Luceti is a bit odd like that. Takes a little while getting used to! Everything being free I mean a-and Luceti as a whole.

We specialize in ghosts. We're hired to take care of ghosts that are terrorizing our clients.

I have to admit, the hardest think to get used to for me is all the worlds that are represented here! Then there's the wings... [He laughs awkwardly at that. Oh, the troubles he's been having fitting his wings into his other clothes.]

Ghosts, really? That's fascinating, and you can actually see and talk to them? Spirits are known for being, well, hard to communicate with.

Ah yes! It's all a bit hard to take in at first. But you'll find everyone here to be rather welcoming; coming from different worlds, or not, we're pretty much all in the same boat! [ A laugh on his end. ]

Yes the wings...those definately take some getting used to. You'll find scissors to be a very valuable item.

Mhmm! Well, communication's kinda tricky, yes. Whether the ghost can talk or not depends on how powerful they are. The talking ones are always the more dangerous ones.

You're right about that. I'm very thankful for the warm welcome. And that party sounds like fun too!

Scissors? What for?

Wow, I wasn't expecting so many people to be really interested in it! N-Not that that's a bad thing. It's a great thing.

In a nutshell, it's investigating areas that are known to have harmful ghosts and sentencing those ghosts for their crimes. It goes hand in hand with Magic Law, which allows for the ghosts to be sentenced.

There's a paranormal court were you're from?

Sort of. The ones who sentence the ghosts are called Executors, so they decide what crimes the ghost will be punished for. They have to get it right too, since they summon envoys to retrieve them for that specific crime. If they get it wrong, well, the envoy would attack the Executor instead.
