It's Tax Day!

Hubby and I are exhausted, but we finally managed to whittle our tax liability down from about $2,800 to under $100. We went through a mountain of receipts and paperwork, calculated mileage, combed through every expense to maximize our deductions. I am so relieved by not having to pay in a huge amount, I feel like I've won the lottery

Yay for getting your taxes done! We broke down and had ours done this year, mostly because I just couldn't face it. *is wimp*

Boo for your FIL! My MIL assumes we'll send her money each Christmas so she can buy the girls presents and mail them back. *shakes head*
