Back from the dentist.

Congenital tooth defect. Both the right and left side split right up the middle, an extremely rare occurrence. The right one was pulled last year, this one was pulled today. Pulled is a bit of a misnomer, more like broken apart and chiseled out

jody's wisdom teeth came out in chunks like that and it's harsh.
but the sinus cavity part is over the top. take a lot of drugs.

You could try putting ice on your face. That helped when I had five teeth pulled so I could get braces.
