I am thinking I would make for you a natural beef broth. a seared steak slow cooked for twelve hours in a broth. then I woud add a dash of star anise and a pich of alderwood smoked salt. I would remove most of the chunks of meat, not to overwhelm you. I would serve this to you in a travel mug witha pinch of roasted rice powder.

And I was thinking of a mug of soup, as well... but mexican, and chicken-y, with a little peppers and tomatoes... nothing that's gonna make you sick, just stuff that's chock full of nutrients and flavor. :-)
