How do you expect to master the higher level spells without being capable of the low level ones?

There are plenty of books on the subjects in the library and with these meetings we can share our knowledge between us. People learn differently after all and I know that reading isn't for everyone.

I may have practiced with a lot of the easy spells, but I don't mind a refresher or two.

I've been looking them over myself... but I imagine for some people it's not as easy as it is others. Considering we're all new here, I don't see why it wouldn't hurt to help one another out.

[Smiling at Alphonse in return, she rests her hands behind her head. When someone shares the same opinion as she does, her response is usually prompt.]

We're all in the same boat here, so we might as well help others who need it.

Mmm and I think that's the point of the houses, normally I'd say it wouldn't make sense to separate students from one another, but it does sort of help build a sense of pride and focus. I'm Alphonse, by the way, Alphonse Elric. What's your name?

[ With that, he turns his device off in order to give the Fat Lady the latest password so that he can push his way into the common room. Immediately, he looks around for his brother. ]

He doesn't bother looking up from the book he has his head buried in. This one is clearly marked Hogwarts A History, which was a book hardly any student bothered to read apparently.]

That sounds like a great idea! I've been practicing on my own, but I have a lot of catching up to do, so extra practice wouldn't hurt.

I've been doing my own reading and practicing, but it'd be nice to get a chance to work on things along side someone else.

I think that's a good idea. There's probably somewhere people could meet to work in an inter-house, if people wanted.

The library or the great hall during free time would be best, if the weather allows we could probably even use the courtyard. Judging by the colors I see, you're a Ravenclaw?
